We do not guarantee sales, and we do not issue refunds. However we will replace leads that fit the following criteria:
*Over 85 years old
*Over 50 miles from your target location
*Leads that provide BOTH a disconnected phone number or incomplete phone number AND a PO BOX or incomplete AddressÂ
*Duplicate Leads sent by our company only

We do do everything on our end to ensure that your leads are within your desired parameters, but sometimes Facebook has a mind of its own, and unfortunately it is out of our control. This is why we will replace, free of charge.Â
To save time, we send extra leads to cover the need for replacements.
